The recipes and other information on this site are provided for general guidance to home cooks and have been prepared with reasonable care, but we cannot guarantee results in your kitchen and you use them at your own judgement. Check every ingredient against your own dietary needs and allergies. To the extent permitted by law, Rondanini Publishing Ltd accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of this site or its content. Purchase verification and privacy

If you upload a receipt to request digital recipe access, we store the file privately on our server (never in a public web folder) and send images or extracted text to Ollama Cloud solely to read purchase details. We do not attach receipts to email. Files are deleted after the configured retention period (30 days in ordinary cases; 90 days if a case is disputed). We keep a minimised record (fingerprint, decision, quantity and audit timestamps) after deletion.
