By accepting a recipe assignment you agree to the following.

1. Purpose

You are helping physically test unpublished development recipes for Emilia Cooks Here · Volume Two. Results improve the recipes; they are not a product-endorsement contest. This programme is separate from Volume I.

2. Independence

This project is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or licensed by Vorwerk. Thermomix, TM6, TM7 and Cookidoo are trade marks of the Vorwerk group.

3. How to cook

• Use the assigned machine model (TM6 or TM7) stated on your sheet where possible.
• Cook exactly as written the first time (ingredients, order, times, speeds).
• If something is impossible or unsafe, stop, note why, and do not improvise a “better” version until you have recorded the failure.
• A second attempt with a noted change is optional and must be labelled as a deviation.

4. What to return

For each recipe, complete the scorecard and include: machine model, recipe ID and version, actual prep / cook / inactive times, yield / portions, clarity, texture, seasoning and portion notes, machine behaviour / errors, what went wrong (if anything), and one ordinary phone photograph of the finished dish.

5. Reviews and complimentary copy

No positive public review is requested or required. Selected testers who complete their agreed testing contribution will receive one complimentary copy of Emilia Cooks Here · Volume Two when it is published. This is not a copy of Volume I, and applying alone does not guarantee a book. The book recognises genuine testing participation — not publicity.

6. Confidentiality

Do not publish full unpublished recipe text. You may say you are kitchen-testing for an independent cookbook if asked.

7. Safety and allergens

Follow normal food-safety practice. Tell us your allergies before assignment. You cook at your own risk in your own kitchen.

8. Credit

Unless you opt out, we may list your first name and city/country in the acknowledgements.

9. Personal data

We use your contact details only to manage Volume II testing and send the Volume II book/acknowledgement when earned. We do not sell your data. See also the Privacy Policy.

10. Acceptance

Reply to your assignment email with: “I agree to the Recipe Tester Agreement” and your preferred acknowledgement name (or “omit me”).
