Emilia Cooks Here · Volume Two is a new collection of 100 recipes centred on Asian cooking.
We are now moving selected development recipes into real home kitchens.
We are looking for TM6 and TM7 users willing to cook unpublished recipes exactly as written for the first attempt and tell us honestly what worked, what did not and what needs to change.
You do not need to be an expert in Asian cooking. Careful observation and honest feedback matter more than specialist knowledge.
If selected, you will receive a small group of unpublished development recipes — normally 5 to 7 in the first round.
For the first attempt, we ask you to cook each recipe exactly as written and record what actually happens.
Do not style the photograph. We want to see the real result.
We are not looking for people who will tell us everything is wonderful.
If a recipe does not work, a timing is wrong, the texture is poor or an instruction is unclear, we need to know before publication.
A precise description of what went wrong is more useful to us than polite praise.
You are not being recruited to praise the book.

For the acknowledgement, you may choose: first name + city/country; initials; or not to be listed at all.
The complimentary Volume II copy and acknowledgement are recognition for genuine testing participation. They are not payment for a review, endorsement or publicity. Applying alone does not guarantee a book.
For this phase we are particularly interested in testers in the UK, Italy, Germany and France, but applications from other countries are welcome.
Wave 1 recipes are written in English. You may apply if you can cook confidently from English; otherwise we will keep you for later localisation-validation waves.
